Upper Body
There are 2 main ways to approach an upper body workout, as well as any workout. You may pick one or the other, but most people like to find a balance of the two.
1. TONE:
Toning your muscles is working them in such a way that makes their"lines" stand out. They look more defined, and tight. These workouts often consist of lower weight, higher reps.
2. BULK:
Bulking up is putting on raw muscle mass. This is what makes your muscles much larger and bulge when flexed. These workouts often consist of higher weight and fewer reps.
